Cumberland Farms receives CSP Magazine's

2007 Outlook Leadership Award

Cumberland Farms was selected by CSP Magazine to receive its 2007 Outlook Leadership Award for Operational Excellence. Cumberland Farms had the highest overall scores in a mystery shop survey involving seven other chains.

"We are extremely happy for our Store Managers and Area Sales Managers," said Vice President of Store Operations David Merriam. "They work very had to ensure that our customers consistently have a pleasant and positive shopping experience. Part of achieving store-level excellence comes through continuously reinventing ourselves to meet the customer's needs and expectations. That means being more than just a place to buy food and gas. It's about offering the products in an environment that's friendly and accessible."
